Summer Reflections...Installment Uno

Well, yes, I am jumping the gun, summer is not officially over and with the weather this past week, it seemingly just arrived, but for those out there with kids, the Labour Day Monday is a milestone. A time to reflect over the exciting and crazy summer gone too soon. It was certainly a whirlwind for me, here at Lucid Musings with several weddings, portraits, a new studio and another overseas project/vacation/educational outing/visionary experiment...call it what you will:-) to not only my seemingly second home, Bulgaria, but through the 1990's hotspots of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo for the month of July. Through in a pinch of music festivals, a smattering of commercial work and a large dose of family day trips and the summer was indeed complete. What better way to celebrate hazy, crazy shakedown days of summer than a long overdue photo retrospective. First off the mark........

If you want to increase wealth it is usually a wise idea to begin a savings or investing plan as early in life as possible. But don't fear if you have not begun saving your money until later on in life. As a result of honest work, that is experimenting the best investment vehicles for your money you can slowly but surely increase your growth so that it amounts to a big sum by the time you wish to retire. Watch all of the applicable asset classes from stocks to real estate as investments for your money. A researched and diversified portfolio of investments in different asset classes will help your money expand throughout the years.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
